Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of Imagivio, an AI-powered platform operated by [LEGAL_BUSINESS_NAME — operator review required]. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility, Registration, and Security
You must be legally able to enter these Terms and provide accurate information. The current MVP is intended for users aged 18 or older. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use. Google sign-in is optional authentication only; it does not give us access to Gmail, Drive, or Calendar.
Description of Service
Imagivio allows users to create and process images and videos using prompts, uploaded media, and third-party AI generation services. Features, providers, models, and availability may change. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular generation time, exact likeness preservation, quality, or commercial suitability.
AI Image and Video Generation
Outputs are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, unexpected, imperfect, or similar to outputs generated for other users. Review outputs before relying on or publishing them. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and third-party rights.
User Content, Outputs, and Rights
User Content includes prompts, text, images, videos, reference media, and other submitted material. You must have the necessary rights, permissions, or lawful basis to submit it. You retain your rights. You grant us a limited right to host, store, process, transmit, and transform User Content only as necessary to provide the service, operate it, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Subject to applicable law and provider terms, we do not claim ownership of your generated output merely because it was generated through the platform. AI intellectual-property rules vary by jurisdiction.
Acceptable Use and Content Moderation
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse or exploitation, illegal goods or services, malware, unauthorized access, excessive automated abuse, or infringement of third-party rights. Do not bypass safety controls or provider restrictions. Requests may be automatically or manually reviewed, rejected, removed, or restricted, and providers may apply their own safety rules.
Credits
Credits are the platform usage unit for eligible actions. Costs vary by creation type, quality, duration, resolution, and selected options. Paid Credits may be purchased or granted through eligible subscriptions and have no cash value. Joining Credits and Referral Credits are promotional, non-transferable unless expressly allowed, and may be limited or reversed for fraud, abuse, self-referral, or invalid events.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Monthly and annual plans may be offered. Prices, taxes, billing interval, renewals, cancellation, and credit allocation are shown at checkout. An annual payment may release credits periodically rather than all at once. Payments are processed by third parties; we do not store full card details where provider-hosted checkout is used. Payments are generally non-refundable after credits or services are consumed, except where required by law or expressly approved. Failed payments may limit benefits. Prices may vary by region and currency.
Third-Party Services
The service may use AI providers such as OpenAI and Runway, storage such as Cloudflare R2, authentication such as Google, email providers such as Resend, and payment processors such as Razorpay. Providers may change and their terms and policies apply. We do not promise provider availability.
Storage and Availability
Media may be stored in object storage and accessed through secure or signed links. Storage limits, retention periods, cleanup, and deletion after account closure may apply. Keep copies of important content. Outages, maintenance, model changes, and capacity limits can cause delays or failures.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, violation of these Terms, or legal obligation. Account closure does not require deletion of financial, payment, fraud-prevention, security, or audit records that must be retained.
Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnity
The service and outputs are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee accuracy, uniqueness, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. You are responsible for claims arising from your User Content or unlawful use, except where prohibited by law.
Governing Law and Changes
