Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how [LEGAL_BUSINESS_NAME — operator review required] handles information when you use Imagivio. It is English-authoritative for the MVP and is not legal advice.

Information We Collect

We may collect name, email, avatar, login provider, language, country, currency, timezone, prompts, source images, videos, reference media, generated outputs, payment references, amounts, currencies, statuses, invoice identifiers, IP address, browser/device information, request logs, authentication/security logs, and usage events needed to operate and protect the service.

Google Login

If you choose Google login, we may receive a stable account identifier, name, email, verification status, and profile image as permitted by the authentication flow. We request authentication information only and do not request Gmail, Drive, or Calendar access.

How We Use Information

We use information for account creation, authentication, generation processing, storage, billing, fraud and abuse prevention, support, transactional email, security, service improvement, and legal compliance. We do not claim to use advertising cookies or precise analytics that are not implemented.

AI Processing and User Media

Prompts and media may be sent to selected AI providers, currently including OpenAI and Runway where enabled, to fulfill generation requests. Provider policies may apply; we make no unverified claims about provider training or retention. Media may be stored using object storage such as Cloudflare R2 and accessed through secure or signed links.

Service Providers and Sharing

We share information with providers only as needed to operate the service, including AI, storage/infrastructure, Google authentication, Resend or other email, hosting, and payment providers such as Razorpay. We do not sell personal information as an ordinary business practice. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Payment Information

Payment providers process payment details. The application does not store full card information where provider-hosted checkout is used. We may retain payment references, amount, currency, status, subscription metadata, and invoice identifiers.

Email

Resend or another transactional email provider may process email addresses and delivery metadata for verification, password reset, security, billing, and account notifications. Transactional messages are distinct from optional marketing messages.

Cookies and Local Storage

Essential cookies or local storage may support authentication, session continuity, locale, currency, referral attribution, and security. We do not claim advertising or tracking cookies that are not implemented.

International Processing and Retention

Information may be processed in countries different from your own. Retention is purpose-based: account information while active and as legally required; media according to the applicable storage policy; payment records as legally required; and security logs for a reasonable operational period.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

You can update profile information or request account deletion through settings or support where available. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to or restrict processing, portability, or withdraw consent. Financial, security, fraud, and backup records may need to be retained.

Children's Privacy

The current MVP is intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly invite children to create accounts or submit media.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised version and effective date.
